Take a 30 Minutes Walk Daily

Sometimes, especially when going to a place that is not too far you can just take a walk instead of driving. You should always try to ensure that your body undergoes exercise every day. When going on a far distance with a car you can pack some distance away from your destination and walk down to the spot. Sometimes you can also bike instead of driving. In so doing some calories of fat in your body will be burnt away.

You can even walk your dog if you have one or your neighbor's  around the neighbor hood for like 30 minutes to 1 hour.
