Running: This is one of the natural ways of losing weight. When we talk about running it is not just about jugging but running with speed and for a considerable distance, say twice a football field. Remember, always do your exercise early in the morning before breakfast. Also remember not to eat excess after you finish may be due to hunger, weakness and tiredness.
