How to Lose Weight Naturally. Exercise 3

Lose Weight By Cycling
The Bicycle Exercise is  another natural way of burning fat best for targeting the six pack muscles and the obliques. To do this exercise carry out the following steps:
  • Get into a supine position with your hands at the back of your head. 
  • Bring your knees to the chest while lifting your shoulders off the floor. 
  • Slowly bring your right elbow towards your left knee as you straighten your right leg. 
  • Switch sides and continue in a pedaling motion. 
  • Keep repeating the process for about 20 times.
