How to Lose Weight Naturally. Exercise1&2

There are a lot of things one can do to help the proper circulation of blood in the body. It is required that exercise be done everyday day as this is very necessary for good health to the body. These include things like a little trek of at least 15 minutes a day, jogging, etc.

When it come to exercises regarding to reduction of weight, a more tedious and serious input is required for a significant result. Most of the exercises here will at first seem difficult to really get the required posture to some people and repeating it severally might also be hard work but this is usually just at the beginning because as time goes on you become use to the process and can easily do it for a more reasonable number of rounds.

It is also important to note that there will be some pains at the initial stage, say the first few days in some parts (muscles) of the body depending on the particular type of exercise being carried out. It could be in the arms, the stomach etc.

Practice Exercise 1.
  • Lie down with your back flat on the ground (hard surface don't use your bed)
  • Ensure that the back of your head is touching the ground
  • Ensure that the back of your heels are touching the ground (your back foot)
  • Ensure that your two legs are together and that your big toes are touching each other ( you can tie your big toes together with a small rope or piece of cloth)
  • Ensure that your two hands are straight and firmly by your sides and must keep touching your sides throughout the process. You shouldn't raise or shift your hands at anytime whether during rising or laying down. (You just have to be straight like a log of wood looking up the ceiling.)
  • Rise up to a sitting position from the ground with your head, your two hands firmly by your sides unmoved and your heels firmly on the ground unmoved.
  • Go back to laying position still with your two hands firmly by your sides unmoved and your heels must keep touching the ground throughout the process.
  • So you sit up and lie back, sit up and lie back like that like that.
  • continue process for like 60 times or more every early morning before breakfast.

Exercise 2
In this case your palms should be on the floor and then the tips of your toes also. (Press up)

  • Use your palms and toe tips on the floor as wedge while you lift your entire body up at once but maintaining your palms and toes on the floor.
  • Lift your body as high as you can stretch your hands then go back down but let your body lay on the floor, your body should go back down as much as possible and may even touch the floor a bit before you lift it high again.
  • Try to lift your body from your back and not from your buttocks, I mean your entire body has to be straight and go up at once and not some part going up first.
  • Keep repeating the process for as many times as possible, say 30 times every early morning before breakfast.
