How to Lose Weight

You  Can Lose Weight By Any One Or Combination Of The Following Measures
( We shall be discussing them one after another as we proceed) :




  1. Weight loss by exercise:

    This involves the practicing of some exercises consistently on a daily basis for a period of time such as for two months, 3 months, etc until you get to a desired reduced body weight or body size. It could be with or without the use of exercising machines.
  2. Weight loss by dieting:

    This is both the control of the quantity of food intake and the class or type of food taken such as reduction in consumption of foods such as carbohydrates and junk foods and eating more of fruits and vegetables.
  3. Weight loss by habit:

    This is particularly to certain people who cannot watch anything edible pass across their eyes without entering their mouth. Ice cream passes they buy and eat, groundnuts passes they eat, they just want to eat everything their eyes comes in contact with and they have formed it such that it has become a habit. They will have to learn to train themselves to change this habit of 'extra appetite for food' first because it's got a lot to do if they must lose weight.
  4. Weight loss by supplements:

    This is actually not a natural weight loss measure because it involves taking supplements (medicines) to help in weight loss. Some of these supplements are like tea while others are like tablets and so on. Most of them work in a way that when you take it you will feel full, when you eat just a little quantity of food you will feel so full. For some others you will not even feel hungry till late in the evening and so on. As a result you will be consuming less food than usual and then you will lose weight.
